After breakfast fly to Samburu, it was the home for, of Elsa the Lioness, of Born Free Fame. Nurtured by the Ewaso Nyiro River, the Samburu is rugged, calmly inviting and enveloped in the air of remote Old Africa -scented by acacia. All meals and overnight will be at Larsen’s Camp or Elephant Bedroom Camp. Both set on forested banks of Ewaso Nyiro, much frequented by friendly elephants. safari game drives in Samburu enables you to see plenty of large and small mammals.

Fly South to Masai Mara which lies north of Serengeti and forms the Mara -Serengeti ecosystem, earth’s richest wildlife habitat. Your base will be from Fairmont Mara Safari Club or Mara Entim Luxury Camp. You will enjoy safari game drives and also visit traditional Masai village.

Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the most popular tourism destinations in Kenya- Africa. The reserve is located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife tends to be most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. The Masai Mara is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November.

The Masai Mara is one of the best-known reserves in the whole of Africa. It is globally renowned for its exceptional wildlife. Despite comprising only 0.01% of Africa’s total landmass, more than 40% of Africa’s larger mammals can be found here. Across the vast plains of the Mara, visitors are able to witness lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and an infinite variety of other species in their natural habitats.

Flying via Nairobi and Arusha, we reach our base Serengeti Migration Camp, situated on the hippo-haven Grumeti River. Migration camp has a superb- tents and a dramatic setting in rocky outcrops. Enjoy safari game drives in Serengeti. The Serengeti is one of the most famous parks in Africa and is synonymous with wildlife and classic African scenery. It is Tanzania’s oldest park and a Unesco World Heritage Site. It is home to the spectacular wildebeest migration and offers top-class wildlife viewing throughout the year.

Serengeti National Park is a World Heritage Site teeming with wildlife: over 2 million ungulates, 4000 lions, 1000 leopard, 550 cheetahs and some 500 bird species inhabit an area close to 15,000 square kilometers in size. Join us on a safari and explore the endless Serengeti plains dotted with trees and kopjes from which majestic lions control their kingdom; gaze upon the Great Migration in awe or find an elusive leopard in a riverine forest. Or perhaps see everything from a bird’s-eye view and soar over the plains at sunrise during a hot air balloon safari. All meals and overnight Serengeti Migration Camp.

You take a picturesque flight from the Serengeti to Lake Manyara, the drive to Manor at Ngorongoro. It is set within a coffee plantation adjacent to Ngorongoro Conservation area. It offers wealth of activities from horse backing, mountain biking and swimming and estate walks. Enjoy safari game drives in Ngorongoro, the great green animals nurturing caldera. with festive picnic bush lunches. Enjoy safari game drives at Lake Manyara, the lake is a birders heaven, (its frequented by 300 migratory species). There is high presence of large mammals, including the famed tree climbing lions. Fly back to Kilimanjaro and transferred to Amboseli. Our base will be Tortilis Luxury Tented Camp, as we enjoy safari game drives in the magnificent park right at the food of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is often called the ‘Land of Giants’ – due to the impressive elephants here carrying massive tusks.

The animals are set against breathtaking vistas of Mt Kilimanjaro, which makes an awesome backdrop to the small park. Aside from elephants, many plains animals are easy to spot. Fantastic photo opportunities are possible, and early mornings are best for clear views of Kilimanjaro.

A scenic park in its own right, Amboseli is synonymous with two particular things – majestic herds of elephant and glorious views of Mount Kilimanjaro in neighboring Tanzania. All meals and overnight at Tortilis Luxury Tented Camp.

Fly to Nairobi for lunch, we say goodbye and you are transferred to the airport.
