    1. Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi

      Pick up from the airport on arrival by our representative and transfer you to Nairobi Ibis hotel for your overnight stay. The hotel is booked on bed and breakfast basis. The following day your guide will meet you at the hotel to take you to giraffe manor and baby elephants. You will be taken for lunch before returning back to the hotel.

    2. Day 2: Nairobi Visit Giraffe Center

      After breakfast, you will visit the giraffe center. Home to a towering crew of endangered Rothschild’s giraffes, Nairobi’s Giraffe Center supports conservation work and educational programs across Kenya. Here, visitors can feed giraffes from a treetop platform, walk a nature trail to the Gogo River, and learn about wildlife conservation at the on-site nature center. You will be taken for lunch after which you will be taken back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. The hotel is booked on bed and breakfast basis

    3. Day 3: Nairobi drive to Samburu National Park

      You will be picked up from your town hotel and we depart from Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve by road Located at Kenya’s Northern Frontier District. Wild and rugged, Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid savannahs watered by the lovely Ewaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator, from the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebras, Beisa Oryx’s, Gerenuk gazelle and Greater and lesser kudu. You will arrive in time for lunch and check in at Samburu Sopa lodge, few minutes’ leisure then you proceed with the first thrilling game drive at the Reserve till sunsets then back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

    4. Day 4: Samburu National Park Safari trails

      Full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives in the semi-arid park with its striking views. This place has got abundance of trees, water and shade, which entice wildlife. Have an opportunity to see the unusual reticulated giraffe, gravy zebra, Somali ostrich, beisa, oryx, vulturine, guinea fowl among others. Meals and overnight at your Samburu safari Lodge.     5. Day 5: Samburu National Park – Ol Pejeta Conservancy

      After breakfast; leave for Ol Pejeta Conservancy to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, head for a game drive with a visit at the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a charming haven established by the Jane Goodall Institute to provide sanctuary to orphaned chimps, and the specially protected and fenced refuge of black rhino with its stunning forty specimens. Dinner and overnight at the Misty Mountain Lodge.

    6. Day 6: Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Lake Nakuru National Park

      Depart in the morning and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley – to Lake Nakuru National Park making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls. Arrive at Lake Nakuru Lodge in time for lunch or similar lodge. Afternoon game drive. The Lake is famous for flamingos as well as over 400 other species of birds. In addition, many species of game can be found in the Park including the introduced Rothschild’s giraffe, black and White Rhino, Waterbuck, Reedbuck, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Baboon and many species of plains game.     7. Day 7: Lake Nakuru National Park – Drive to Masai Mara Game Reserve

      Breakfast at the lodge then drives via the Great Rift Valley to arrive in Masai Mara in time for lunch at your Lodge or Camp. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe; over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see Lions, Rhinos, Hippos, Crocodiles, Giraffe, Wildebeests, Zebras, Buffalo, Warthogs, Hyenas, and Jackals, Wild dogs, Buffalo, Leopard and a variety of antelopes. It is in the Mara that the most spectacular event of the natural wonders of the world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Behind their heels are predators of the savanna – Lion, Cheetah, and Wild dog, Jackal, Hyena, and Vultures. Depart for an afternoon game drive.

    8. Day 8: Masai Mara Full Day

      After breakfast, you will have a full day to spend in this vast game reserve. You can either have a morning and afternoon game drive, or have breakfast and then head out on a full-day game drive with picnic lunches. Masai Mara is known as one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves, situated in south-west Kenya. It is famous for the abundance of the big cats – lions, leopards, cheetahs – and also for the Masai people, well known for their distinctive culture. Soak in the abundance of untamed wilderness, fresh and natural scenery, filled with exotic wildlife during our expertly guided game drives enjoyed in open vehicles.

      Africa has a long history of capturing the imagination of travelers, a continent of dramatic contrasts that gives you an unforgettable and remarkable experience whether it’s in an amazement of watching thousands of wild beasts struggling across a rushing river that is littered with crocodiles waiting for their prey, makes the world’s premier wildlife spectacle. The afternoon is spent on a game drive in search of the black manned lions which the park is famous. Lion making a kill can be witnessed in the late afternoon or a leopard in a tree enjoying the meal he has dragged up to avoid disturbance and detection. This reserve has hilly savanna, rolling grasslands, gallery forest on the Mara River and its tributaries. The ‘big five’ are positively represented here. The large predators are the lion, leopard and cheetah. The smaller predators are the hyena and jackal. The large herbivores are the elephant, rhino, Burchell’s zebra, hippo, buffalo and giraffe.

      The smaller herbivores are the antelope and bucks. The Maasai ostrich, the world’s largest bird is also found in the park. The advantage of a private safari is that you only need to take your own wishes and those of your travel companion into account. Lunch is served picnic style in the bush, an amazing experience! Back at the camp you enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening you can exchange your stories of today’s adventures during dinner or while having your favorite drink at the bar.

    9. Day 9: Exploring Masai Mara

      After breakfast, full day exploring the park in search of the Big 5 with a possibility of seeing the annual wildebeest migration that takes place from July to September every year. Optional hot air Balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 400 per person. Masai Mara is arguably Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary. It is the most famous and most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film ‘Out of Africa’ was made to a great extent in this reserve.

      Virtually every type of wildlife can be seen at the Mara. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara River to reach Masai Mara grazing fields from late June. The dramatic crossing of the river and the preying on the migrants by predators can be viewed from early July to August. The reserve abounds with bird-life since dose to about 452 species have been recorded.

    10. Day 10: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha

      Wake up early and enjoy an early breakfast at 0600hrs. Check out and depart the lodge. Leave Masai Mara for another drive to Lake Naivasha. The lake is situated on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. Arrive on time for lunch at the Lake Naivasha Resort. Relax after lunch and later proceed to Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a walking safari after which you may decide to take a boat ride to explore the Lake.

    11. Day 11: Lake Naivasha - Amboseli National Park

      Depart the Lake Naivasha after breakfast. Proceed to the Amboseli national park via Nairobi for lunch. Arrive Amboseli in the late afternoon with welcome views of the Mt Kilimanjaro [if weather permits] and a short game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli AA Safari Lodge

    12. Day 12: Amboseli National Park

      We will start the day before sunrise to enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Kilimanjaro and set off for another extensive game drive before the clouds build up over the summit. Mt. Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and is snow-capped at the peaks. The majesty of this tropical mountain makes Amboseli an ideal photographers haven by offering a spectacular back ground for wildlife and scenic photography. Herds of elephants inhabit this swampy park together with lions, cheetah, buffalo, warthog, rhino and different species of antelopes. The park is also a home of interesting bird species.

    13. Day 13: Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park

      Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Depart Tsavo East shortly after breakfast arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Tsavo East and Tsavo West together form one of the world’s largest national parks, covering 4% of Kenya. Tsavo East NP feels wild and undiscovered; its vast open spaces are mesmerizing. The huge, semi-arid wilderness is home to most safari animals, and although wildlife densities aren’t large, spotting animals is always possible here due to the lack of foliage.

    14. Day 14: Tsavo West- Tsavo East

      Pick from your Hotel 8.00AM and depart for Tsavo East National Park entering the park through Bachuma game. The park is noted for its vast elephant herds and a variety of games including giraffe, buffalo, zebra and waterbuck, crocodiles. Lunch will be at –Voi Safari Lodge– Afternoon game drive follows. Dinner and overnight at –Voi Safari Lodge.

    15. Day 15: Back to Nairobi

      Early Morning breakfast at your lodge check out of the lodge and park and Drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at carnivore at own cost afterwards drop off at Airport to fly Back Home.

The Lodge is perched on the Ndawe Escarpment just below Ngulia Hills, overlooking the Rhino Sanctuary surrounded by Scenic Hills. Ngulia Safari Lodge no doubt has one of the most breathtaking views in Kenya.
