    1. Days 1: Touchdown in Nairobi | 1 Night

      Touching down in Nairobi, you will be met by one of our representative who will pick you up and be whisked to the Nairobi Serena Hotel for check in. You will have a short brief of what will unfold the next day. Overnight at the Nairobi Serena Hotel Meal Plan Bed and Breakfast.

    2. Days 2-5 Safari in the Masai Mara | 3 Nights

      After breakfast you will be met and transferred to Wilson Airport where you will catch your flight to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Once here, you will be transferred to Serena Mara Lodge in time for lunch and afternoon tea. Go on a late afternoon nature walk or game drive followed by a sundowner drink and spot-lit night drive before returning to the lodge for dinner. The following days are dedicated to exploring the rolling savannahs of the Mara on exciting game drives, either searching for the Wildebeest Migration between about August and November, or the prolific resident game all year round. Find a scenic spot for a delicious picnic lunch and return to camp for nights around the campfire.

       

    3. Days 5-8: Discover the Serengeti | 3 Nights

      Today you will fly to Kogatende Airstrip, from where you will head to Serena Serengeti to begin your thrilling Serengeti experience. Serena Serengeti offers comfortable accommodation following the Great Wildebeest Migration as it moves across the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem. Depending on the time of year you will be able to witness the incredible river crossings, calving or rutting stages of the annual cycle. Excellent year-round game viewing allows you to see large numbers of elephant, hippo, zebra and giraffe as well as apex predators including lion, leopard, cheetah and hyena on one of Africa’s most iconic landscapes.

    4. Days 8-10: Discover Ngorongoro Crater

      After breakfast, Your Tanzanian journey continues onto one of Africa’s most fascinating landmarks – the game-dense Ngorongoro Crater – en route to Serena Lodge, your last accommodation stops by road. This cozy, homey working farm is on the slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, making it the perfect place to launch your forays into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the top places in the world to see the Big 5.

      The Crater is an extremely popular safari destination because the huge number of animals makes it easy to spot them, especially since the crater walls keep them contained in a landscape of fertile grazing, springs and wetlands. After a full-day in the Crater, return to Gibb’s Farm to take advantage of the spa for a soothing massage – sometimes essential after the bumpy roads of a game drive! – or to simply unwind and birdwatch in their exquisite gardens. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

    5. Day 11: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

      Transfer from Ngorongoro crater to Arusha, after morning breakfast you will have the last glace of Ngorongoro crater while on an en-route game drive as you exit the conservation area. On your way to Arusha, you will have pass through the Great Rift Valley escarpment and Masai steppe, when your reach in Arusha city you will have a short city tour visiting shopping centers, clock tower, Sokoni market and many more.  After the city tour you will have lunch and then be dropped off either at your lodge or at the airport for your departure flight. Meal plan: half board (breakfast and lunch)
